Returns & Refunds policy

Thank you for shopping with M3 Designed ("M3 Designed," "we," "us," or "our"). We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Because many of our products are customized and made-to-order, please review the following policy carefully.

1) General Policy

  • All sales of customized or personalized products are final. Once an order is placed and production begins, no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted.

  • By purchasing a customized product, you acknowledge and agree that these items are non‑refundable and non‑returnable.

  • We cannot guarantee the lifetime or durability of customizations (including but not limited to paint, coatings, decals, embroidery, or other modifications), as wear depends on usage, conditions, and external factors beyond our control.

2) Non‑Customized Products

  • For non‑customized, standard products purchased from us, returns may be accepted only if the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

    • The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Approved returns will be eligible for either replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

3) Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at contact@m3designed.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  • We will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for return or replacement.

  • We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies as defective or damaged.

4) Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is deemed defective or incorrect due to our error.

5) Exclusions

This Policy does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear of any product, including customized items.

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or alterations not performed by M3 Designed.

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with customization appearance (color tone, texture, finish, etc.) where the product otherwise conforms to the description and agreed design.
